We're thrilled to present "Holding On To You", the result of London-based Italian artists Francesca Monte and Kevan combining their artistic power.

After the success of "Call Me", from his latest album "DOORS", reaching more than 2M streams on Spotify, Kevan meets "Alt-Pop Icon" (Flanelle Mag, A&R Factory) Francesca Monte on the single “Holding On To You”. Francesca Monte is an artist with more than 14 million streams combined on DSPs.

The track is written by Francesca Monte, Kevan, the drummer and producer Daniel Baiolla and the Scottish producer Charlie Leslie a.k.a MVMMOTH. Holding On To You is about a relationship that keeps on existing even if there would be a million reasons to end it. The narrative is supported by a melancholic sound, a lonely piano and lion-toothed synths that shape the artists’ very own sonic identity while leaving space for their vocals to express themselves in the production.

The Videoclip was shot in Varenna, Lake Como (Italy), an iconic location that hosted films like 007 and Star Wars. The artwork was shot by Photographer Renzo Raviello, and contains Giuseppe Fata's Head Sculptures, as seen on fashion shows like Balenciaga, YSL and more, created specifically for the artists. The music is combined with fashion in Francesca and Kevan's projects, the outfits were supplied by fashion icons like John Richmond, Capannolo and Michael Ruggiero.

Francesca Monte is an Alt Pop Singer, Composer, and Producer known for her powerful and emotional voice. She began playing the piano and writing songs at 14. Francesca collaborated with Buddy Miles at 17 and participated in "The Voice of Italy" and "X Factor 8" as part of "Komminuet." In 2015, she started her solo career and signed with the London-based record label "Rotbaum Records." Her EP "Alien" and singles like "Hello Monsters," "Little Girl," and "Boy" gained significant popularity. The EP reached Nr.1 on iTunes' electronic chart, accompanied by a captivating short film that premiered at Giffoni Experience.

Kevan, an artist and record producer born in 1996, has become a respected figure in Electronic Dark Pop. At 12, he formed a Punk Rock band and quickly gained recognition on a national TV show in Italy. Throughout his teenage years, he honed his skills in songwriting and recording, earning the title of best-emerging artist in 2013 by Italy's central organisation in the music industry, FIMI. By 18, Kevan established his own recording studio and later moved to London to study Music Production. In 2019, he founded Rotbaum Records, collaborating with renowned artists and achieving millions of streams.
