"Head and Heart was written with ili and Julez at Global Rockstar's last songwriting camp. We talked about my breakup which I went through at that time and decided to put that feeling into a song. My Head always told me to leave it behind and get over it, as I noticed, they were giving up while I was giving more - but my heart wouldn’t let me... I’ve always been in my head too much, overthinking it all. A reason why most relationships probably end. Based on this I named my failed relationship ,,Head and Heart“ and put it into this song. A song about overthinking in general and a heartfelt true story, about my breakup. - KRYSTOF
After releasing multiple songs together with Global Rockstar in 2021, KRYSTOF is finally back with his latest single "Head and Heart". With its funky beat & catchy chorus it's a song destined to be streamed & listened to across the globe.
Numerous radio plays, chart placements & more than 3.2 million total streams on Spotify as well as a constantly growing fanbase release after release, are just a few reasons why KRYSTOF is a name you can rely on. With "Radio" & "Is It Me" he has also proven that his modern pop sound is very well received. He has not only been supported by Austria's biggest radio station Hitradio Ö3 but also by Radio Wien and Welle1. We are convinced that he is going to be one of the next big names on the pop market. - Net Proceeds from the commercial exploitation of the master rights and publishing rights of the recording and the song ''Head & Heart" for 70 years.
- Net Proceeds master rights: All incurring revenues from the exploitation of the master rights (streams, downloads, sync rights – when used for commercials or in movies) less taxes (if applicable) and less a firm distribution fee of 25%.
- Net Proceeds publishing rights: All incurring revenues from the exploitation of the publishing rights (from the publisher’s share from radio plays, live performances and sync rights) less taxes (if applicable) and less a firm handling fee of 10%.
- You will receive your first proceed statement from streams and downloads approx. 4 months after the release, followed by monthly statements. After that, you will be able to see your earnings on the dashboard of your account and withdraw your earnings or reinvest them in other Projects.
- Revenues from publishing rights will be distributed after our receipt from the collecting societies of the different countries where the track is played on radios and TV. Please note that the collection of these revenues might take up to 1,5 years from the time that the track is played on the radio.
