First, I want to thank all the Fans who invested in my first Project, and who helped to fund it - in just a few hours! I am so excited to have shareholders on board now, and we'll do everything possible to make them happy! After this first funding, many people approached me to ask if I would offer shares of a second Song of my new album "the acoustic sessions".
I thought about it, and decided to offer an extraordinary opportunity: TWO IN ONE! This means, with one pledge, you do not only participate in the acoustic recording of my track "Heartbreaker", but with your investment, we will produce a special radio single of "Heartbreaker", and you will also earn money every time this radio-version of "Heartbreaker" is streamed, downloaded, sold on a CD or licensed to a third party! An average Hit on Spotify can generate from 10 Mio to 50 Mio streams in the first year of its release. If we manage to achieve such a Hit, with one of the two versions, you'll make a profit of 2.400 - 12.000 € in the first year, with an investment of 432 €!

With your investment, we'll engage the best team of european hit-makers to get the radio version done. How it works
Check out my offers, that you find below on this page. Please read carefully "How it works" and our Terms before investing. Please note that you are investing in the Master Rights of two recordings. This means, that you will earn money when these recordings are streamed, downloaded, compiled on a CD or licensed to a third party (e.g. for TV ads). Please note that with your investment, you do not participate in the intellectual property rights to the Song. This means that when the recordings are played in the radio, TV, live, or if someone produces a cover version of the Song, you do not participate in the revenues.
When you know all details about the rights that you will get, please choose the amount of future Royalties that you wish to purchase. Then, make a Pledge. This means, you promise to pay for this amount of shares when the Project is funded (when the funding goal is reached).
If the funding goal of the Project is not reached, the full amount of your Pledge is refunded, no money changes hands.
Marketing
My new album "the acoustic sessions" will be featured and promoted in 2 prime time TV Shows in Austria in December 2017! With your investment, we will book additional promoters to enable an efficient radio promotion in Germany and Austria. The radio promotion is meant to increase the popularity of the track, in order to get more streams and downloads. We have also assigned marketing experts to promote the tracks in streaming-applications like Spotify. Our experts will focus on pitching the new track to relevant playlist curators.
You get
Make a Pledge, and you'll receive this share of the Net Royalties from the exploitation of the Master rights for 70 years, when the funding goal of my Project is reached.
You'll earn money every time the track is streamed, downloaded, compiled to a CD or licensed to a third party.
Net Royalties: All incurring revenues from the commercial exploitation of the Master less taxes and less a firm handling charge of 10% (including payment partner fees) and a firm distribution fee of 15%.

Together with the votes of all national juries, ZOË placed 13th overall. The past year was an active one in terms of music for the singer and actress.
